Satisfaction Guarantee
If your eyewear doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to assist you. You have the option to exchange your glasses for store credit or choose a different frame once, ensuring you find the perfect eyewear that suits your style and needs. Please note that all custom orders are considered final. However, exceptions may be made under a signed agreement between our clinic representatives and the client.That sunglasses sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Frame Assurance
we offer a one-year manufacturer warranty against any frame defects. Should your frames require attention, we'll repair them free of charge, and if repair is not feasible, we'll replace them for you. Please keep in mind that this warranty does not cover any physical damage resulting from accidents or mishandling. Additionally, lost or misplaced glasses are never covered.
Adaptation Assurance
Quebec and Ontario Residents:
Our warranty covers single vision lenses for 30 days from the date of receipt, and multi-vision lenses for 90 days in the event of an adaptation issue.
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba Residents:
Enjoy an extended 90-day adaptation period for both single and multi-vision lenses starting from the day you receive them.
As an accredited 'Alliance Recognized Professional' by Nikon, HARINA Optométristes proudly provides a one-year satisfaction guarantee along with complimentary lens replacement in case your prescription changes when you purchase Nikon SeeMax Ultimate lenses. Additionally, we offer an unconditional two-year satisfaction coverage, with certain conditions that may apply.
Your satisfaction matters to us
At HARINA Optométristes, we value your happiness. You have the flexibility to make changes within 30 days of your purchase.
- Prescription Lenses (Including Contact Lenses)
- You can exchange prescription lenses within 30 days.
- No credit will be issued for lenses of lesser value.
- If you opt for higher value lenses, you will be responsible for the price difference.
- Frames
- You can exchange your frame for a different one within the same 30-day period.
- If you choose frames of lesser value, you will receive an in-store credit.
- If you opt for frames of higher value, the price difference will be charged.
- New Lenses for New Frames
- If new lenses are needed to fit your new frame, the cost will be 50% of the regular retail price.
Refund Policy
Our dedication to excellence guarantees that your prescription eyewear is meticulously crafted to cater to your individual requirements. Consequently, we are unable to provide refunds once we have received full or partial payment.

- Frame Breakage Protection: Safeguard against accidental frame breakage.
- Lens Damage Protection: Shield against accidental lens damage or scratches.
- Pricing
- $100 per pair or a special offer of $150 for two pairs.
- A deductible of $25 per claim applies.
- Please note that our replacement insurance plans are exclusively applicable to prescription glasses and do not extend to non-prescription sunglasses. You have the flexibility to choose between covering as many pairs as you desire at $100 per pair, or take advantage of our 2 for 1 assortment offer, covering two pairs for just $150. Lost glasses are not covered under these plans. For our single pair 12-month plan, there is no limit to the number of claims you can make. However, when purchasing extra coverage for 2 for 1 glasses, there is a limit of 2 claims for the same pair or a limit of 1 claim for each pair. Coverage under these insurance plans begins on the date of your initial eyewear purchase but can be purchased within 30 days following the eyewear purchase date. Please note that these insurance plans are exclusively available for purchase in-store. Rest assured, HARINA Optométristes is committed to providing you with comprehensive eyewear protection options.
